2020

Overview: A content marketing campaign built to provide indie retailers with free online marketing training and resources to increase sales during COVID-19 

 

Deliverables: 2020 Small Business Saturday Guide, 14 social graphics to promote #ShopLocal, 4 on demand video trainings

 

Distribution: Email drips and unpaid social media campaigns, as well as website landing pages, conversion forms and pop ups

Instagram Feature Launch

2019

Overview: In 2019, SnapRetail announced the Instagram integration, giving retailers the ability to schedule posts via the planning calendar. In addition to organizing market research, I managed the complete product launch. 

Distribution: Website updates, Email drips and Paid social media campaigns, Partner blogs, Press release, Group webinars + trainings, Sales scripts

2020

Overview: After developing a strategic integration partner (The Edge Point of Sale), I launched twice weekly educational training sessions. With catchy titles and compelling topics, I stimulated interest in SnapRetail's top-tier service offerings.  

 

Deliverables: 35 "Bite-Size" 20-minute webinars with topics ranging from subject line strategy to selling directly through emails
